Great progress and a clean site for our Meddybemps

Great progress and a clean site for our Meddybemps build. As we hand the project over to our drywaller and paint it’s good to reflect on the progress. Site work began in August and footings / foundation started. Radiant tubing and slab poured in October. Walkout basement wall started framing in mid October while we were pushing to finish up another home build. Our framing didn’t really get started until mid November when we started framing the first floor system. Fast forward about four months of framing and working through the winter months, shoveling snow and trying to make the right call based on forecast we’re ready for drywall. I’m proud of the quality of this project and the team and subcontractors for pushing through the winter. We look forward to coming back and completing the finish work. We’re always trying to improve our quality, take care of our subcontractors and manage schedules better, they all come with challenges.
