Our Process

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

1. Initial Meeting:  Establish scope of the project and the desired budget from the client.

2. Pre Construction / Design Agreement:  If the scope and budget meet our company, establish a signed agreement to enter the pre-construction / design phase.  Three plan revisions included.

3. Design Process:  Establish design schedule, site measurements, photos, layout, septic design, well site, clearing parameters, etc.

4. Received signed design plan to accept next step in the pre-construction phase.

5. Start preliminary estimate / allowances based on desired budget established at the initial meeting.

6. Get signed approved budget based on approved design and budget established at initial meeting.

7. Start selection process based on preliminary budget and allowances, establish selection schedule to coincide with production schedule.

8. Send away for samples / materials if not in stock.

9. Get signed selection sheet prior to ordering any materials (prior to commencement of project / during project).

10. Establish ordering schedule to coincide with production schedule.

11. Get building permit.

12. Set up construction schedule based on estimated start date.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

1. All budget, selections and schedule items are on boarded into our construction project management software.

2. Project kickoff meeting with Pine State Builders crew and design team, subcontractors and vendors.

3. Project Start

4. Daily project log updates including photos and notes.

5. Budget updates for up to date cost tracking and invoicing.

6. Attention to detail and quality installation of quality building products.

7. Client walk throughs at various phases of the construction project.

8. Extensive project documentation and scheduling updates.

9. Punch list walkthrough and completion.

10. 11 month walk through to address and necessary adjustments within reason to the completed construction project.
